These Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions (the “Warranty Terms”) govern the warranty provided for jewellery purchased from Lab Grown Diamonds Centre.

1. Warranty Terms and Conditions

a. All jewellery purchased from Lab Grown Diamonds Centre is warranted against manufacturing defects for the duration specified in Section 2, subject to the conditions outlined in these Warranty Terms.

b. This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser of the item from Lab Grown Diamonds Centre and is non-transferable.

c. The warranty solely covers manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the product's materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase.

d. If a valid warranty claim is submitted during the Warranty Period, any fault confirmed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired. If a repair is not deemed feasible, the item will be replaced at the sole discretion of Lab Grown Diamonds Centre. The replacement will be a comparable item of equal value and similar specifications.

e. Examples of issues considered manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
i. Significant metal porosity or surface imperfections.
ii. Loose settings or stones at the time of delivery.
iii. Faulty clasps or closures.

f. In the event of a replacement, Lab Grown Diamonds Centre cannot guarantee the customer will receive a diamond with the exact same specifications; a comparable diamond of equal value and similar grading will be provided. The warranty for the replacement item will extend for twelve (12) months from the date the replacement is received by the customer, or for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, whichever is longer.

2. Coverage Period

The Warranty Period for all jewellery purchased from Lab Grown Diamonds Centre is for the lifetime of the product, commencing from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

a. Defects, damages, or issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or accident. This includes, but is not limited to, knocks, dents, or crushing of the piece, its setting, or stones.

b. Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling, or any unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Lab Grown Diamonds Centre.

c. The consequences of normal wear and tear and the natural aging of the jewellery. Precious metals may require restoration work over time as a result of everyday wear.

d. Discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or other external agents.

e. The loss of any stone (diamond or other gemstone) that has fallen out and been lost, unless this loss is a direct result of a manufacturing defect. If a stone is lost due to circumstances not covered by this warranty, it will not be replaced free of charge.

4. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must adhere to the following procedure:

a. The customer must submit a warranty claim request via email to hongkong@m-and-b.com, including the original proof of purchase or order number and clear photographic evidence of the item and the specific issue.

b. Lab Grown Diamonds Centre will inspect each claim to determine if the issue is covered under these Warranty Terms. If an issue is found not to be covered, we will notify the customer and, where possible, provide information on available repair services and associated costs.

c. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item to Lab Grown Diamonds Centre for inspection. The shipment must be sent using a trackable shipping method. We advise insuring the shipment against loss or damage during transit.

d. Lab Grown Diamonds Centre will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer's specified address using a trackable and insured shipping method.

5. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.

6. Additional Provisions

a. THE PRECEDING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY LAB GROWN DIAMONDS CENTRE.

b. LAB GROWN DIAMONDS CENTRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

c. This warranty provides the customer with specific legal rights. The customer may also have other rights under applicable local laws, which may vary from one country, state, or jurisdiction to another. Nothing in these Warranty Terms is intended to limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
