Return & Refund Policy

At Lab Grown Diamonds Centre, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our jewellery and the satisfaction of our customers. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues can arise. We are happy to offer an exchange if your product is defective or if there was an error with your order.

Ready-to-Wear Products

For added peace of mind, ready-to-wear jewellery may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of collection from our showroom or receipt via shipment (whichever occurs first). Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original documentation and packaging.


All Customized sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues can arise. We are happy to offer an exchange if your product is defective or if there was an error with your order.

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for an exchange on other purchases, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the item has been intentionally damaged or misused. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Final Sale Items: All custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed. This also applies to gift cards.
  • Ring Resizing: For our rings, we are happy to offer a resizing service for a fee, depending on the specific case.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refund Process (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only in specific cases, such as a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified through an exchange.

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our specialists will inspect it. We will send you an email to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approval: Lab Grown Diamonds Centre reserves the right to approve or reject any refund based on the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  3. Crediting: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
